  eng. Girip Marius Valentin

     I was born on May 1,1969 in the town Medgidia, Constanta county. I graduated Industrial highschool nr.3 from Medgidia in year 1988, profile mathematics-physics. I graduated "T.C.M." ("Construction Machine Technology") from "University Politechnic Bucuresti" in year 1995. I am married and I have 2 childrens-a girl-Maria and a boy-Andrei. I have over 22 years experience in the cement industry design. I worked 14 years in 1995 until 2009, designed as a mechanical engineer employed in SC LAFARGE CEMENT S.A. MEDGIDIA (was ROMCIM MEDGIDIA). Since 2009 till now working as a mechanical engineer project within my company, and most of the works were still in the cement industry.
     At Lafarge Cement S.A. Medgidia I realized that many projects as an employee were the basis of my training as a mechanical engineer designer, such as:
-design machine parts : gear wheels, chain wheels, couplings, bearings, pneumatic elements, flanges, shafts, ...,
-design equipments : screw conveyers, airslides, belt conveyers, hinged valves, ...,
-design metallic confection : bins, bells, overcross, platforms, balustrades, ladders, doors, ...,
-design flow-sheets,
-parts, equipments and buildings mapping,
-design mouths waste design - for introduction in the rotary kiln alternative materials, to be burned,
-design rotary kiln heat sealing head design.
-and much, much others... .
